Our Board of Directors is currently composed of one (1) President, seven (7) General Directors, and one (1) Rural Director.

Any candidate running for the Board must be endorsed by an Entrepreneur or Professional Member. To be eligible to serve on our Board, individuals must live in Saskatchewan, and meet requirements set out in the Saskatchewan Non-Profit Corporations Act.

Our Members will elect Board Members at our Annual General Meeting taking place every summer. Terms are for a 2 year term.

Following Board elections, Directors elect, amongst themselves, a Vice-President of Governance, a Vice-President of Membership, and a Treasurer.
